AIFMD ‘light’ registration
As Streamline Trading B.V., we're officially registered as an administrator in the exempt managers' register for investment institutions on the AFM website. Our registration number is 15005749, and this registration is in accordance with Article 1:107 of the Financial Supervision Act.
Streamline Trading operates under the AIFMD 'light' registration regime, as overseen by both the Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM) and De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). This involves complying with three reporting obligations. These obligations include submitting ESMA reports for both manager and fund details through the AFM portal, as well as providing a Macro-Economic Statistics Report to DNB.
It's important to note that your investment falls outside of AFM supervision. This means there's no requirement for a license or prospectus for this activity.
